Privacy Policy Little Creations
Little Creations will always process the personal data provided to it in a proper and careful manner. Little Creations will comply with the rules set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant legislation.
Article 1 - Definitions
Data Subject: A natural person who can be identified based on the provided personal data. Referred to as the "Customer" in this privacy policy.
Personal Data: Any data as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation and/or the applicable European Privacy Regulation. Any information concerning the identification of the Data Subject.
Processing: Any operation or set of operations related to personal data, whether or not carried out by automated means.
Controller: In this privacy policy, this refers to Little Creations, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: 80011837, which determines the purposes, conditions, and means of processing personal data.
Article 2 - Scope and Collection of Data
This privacy policy applies to the processing of personal data in relation to the provision of products offered by Little Creations.
Personal data is processed by Little Creations as part of providing the products and associated services. This personal data includes name, address, contact details, IP addresses, and the age of the Data Subject and their children.
Once the Customer voluntarily provides their data, either in person, digitally, by phone, or via the website, they give consent to the processing of personal data in the context of fulfilling the agreement and agree to the terms set out in this privacy policy.
Little Creations collects personal data in the following ways:

Article 3 - Handling of Data
Personal data will be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently by Little Creations. The collected personal data will always be treated confidentially.
If the Data Subject finds that their personal data is incorrect, they will report this to Little Creations as soon as possible. Little Creations will, upon request, delete or correct the data, or provide the Data Subject with the option to correct their personal data themselves.
Article 4 - Purposes of Data
Little Creations uses personal data of the Data Subjects for the provision of products and marketing purposes. These services are provided as part of the webshop services.
Personal data is processed insofar as it is necessary for the execution of the agreement regarding the requested services of Little Creations. Personal data will only be processed if necessary for the achievement of the purposes in the context of the offered services.
Article 5 - Storage of Data and Retention Periods
The retention period of personal data stored by Little Creations will be limited to the duration necessary to achieve the purposes and to deliver products, unless a legal basis specifies a different retention period requiring Little Creations to store the personal data longer, or if the Customer requests the removal of their contact data.
Contact data may be retained for longer periods, for example, for processing complaints or returns from repeat customers, unless a legal basis sets a different retention period.
Article 6 - Data Security
Little Creations takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data at an appropriate security level.
Little Creations will take at least appropriate measures to prevent destruction, unlawful processing, or unauthorized distribution and access to personal data.
Article 7 - Rights of the Data Subject
The Data Subject has the right to withdraw their consent for processing their personal data at any time, unless this makes the execution of the agreement impossible, makes the performance of a public task impossible, or is necessary for medical reasons.
Except for legal obligations or other situations in which the removal of personal data is reasonably not required of Little Creations, the Customer can request Little Creations to remove their personal data at any time by emailing info@littlecreations.nl.
Little Creations provides the Data Subject with access to their personal data at any time, without the need for any specified reason.
The processing of personal data is communicated to the Data Subject in clear, understandable language through this privacy policy.
Article 8 - Transfer to Third Parties
In principle, personal data of Data Subjects will not be disclosed to third parties, unless necessary for the execution of the agreement or the delivery of goods and/or services or if this occurs based on (compliance with) a legal obligation.
Little Creations has entered into processor agreements with relevant third parties who have access to the personal data for processing orders.
Article 9 - Newsletter Systems
The Customer can voluntarily subscribe to the newsletter.
The newsletter keeps the Customer informed of the latest news, the most recent offers, and developments.
The Customer will receive the newsletter via email.
The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either in writing or via the hyperlink provided in the email.
The Customer will then no longer receive messages.
Article 10 - Cookies and Privacy
When visiting our website, Little Creations may collect information from the website visitor about their use of the website through analytical cookies. Little Creations has a separate cookie policy.
The information Little Creations collects through cookies can be used for functional and analytical purposes.
Little Creations is not allowed to lend, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose personal data of the Data Subject.
The Data Subject agrees that Little Creations may contact them for statistical research or customer satisfaction surveys. If the Data Subject does not wish to be contacted for research purposes, they can indicate this.
Little Creations reserves the right to use other data from the Data Subject anonymized for (statistical) research and database purposes.
Article 11 - Contact and Complaint Handling
Little Creations offers the possibility to handle complaints. Complaints can be submitted in writing and will be addressed as quickly as possible, but at least within 4 weeks.
The Data Subject has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Article 12 - Changes to the Privacy Policy
Little Creations reserves the right to adjust this privacy policy.
Changes will be communicated to the Data Subject in a timely manner.
Article 13 - Applicable Law
This privacy policy and all disputes arising therefrom are governed by Dutch law.
The competent court in the district of The Hague will have exclusive jurisdiction to handle any disputes arising from this privacy policy.
